Privacy
We don't track you. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from any other company's servers.
What we collect
Nothing on purpose. There are no cookies, no analytics scripts, no advertising tags, no social media widgets, no embedded videos and no web fonts from outside services. Every file on this site, including fonts and images, is served from our own host.
What our web host logs
Like every web server, ours keeps standard access logs: the address of the page requested, the time, your IP address, your browser's user-agent string and the referring page, if your browser sends one. Our hosting provider keeps these logs for security and troubleshooting for a limited period. We don't combine them with anything else, and we don't use them to identify visitors.
If you email us
If you write to the desk, we'll have your email address and whatever you send. We use it only to reply, check a correction or follow up on a tip, and we don't add anyone to a mailing list. Ask us to delete your messages and we will.
Links to other sites
Our pages link to government agencies, courts, journals, news outlets and, on a few guides, the online shop run by the team that publishes this site. Those sites have their own privacy practices. Nothing loads from them unless you click.
Changes
If we ever add analytics or anything else that collects data, we'll update this page first and say so here, with the date. Questions go to desk@magicmushroomssandiego.com.
